Marion's Downtown Chili Cook-Off
When: Saturday October 10th 2pm. We perform in front of the main stage.
Who: All classes and UP Dance Co.
Where: Meet in front of the dance studio at 1:45pm
What to Wear: Dancers wear MSB Tshirts, black shorts or leggings, hair up with a white bow, tennis shoes. **TAPPERS bring tap shoes**If student doesn't have a MSB T-shirt they may wear a dark purple or black T-shirt instead.
Valley Nursing Home-Chilhowie
When: Friday, October 23rd 6:30-7:30pm
What to Wear: Dancers wear MSB Tshirts, black shorts or leggings, hair up with a white bow, tennis shoes. **TAPPERS bring tap shoes**If student doesn't have a MSB T-shirt they may wear a dark purple or black T-shirt instead.

Merry Market Lion's Club-Chilhowie
When: Saturday December 5th times TBA
What to Wear: Dancers wear MSB Tshirts with Christmasy tutus/skirts/leggings
**TAPPERS bring tap shoes**If student doesn't have a MSB T-shirt they may wear any Christmay apparel.
Who: All classes and UP Dance Co. invited.

THE NUTCRACKER EXPRESS! Christmas Performance
When: Saturday December 19th Time TBA
Who: All classes and UP Dance Co.
What to Wear: TBA
Where: TBA
Students will also receive their mid-season certificates and awards.
SPRING RECITAL: You Better Work! Paying Tribute to the Seasons of Life from growing up, to school, to careers and more!
When: Rehearsal Friday April 30th; Recital Saturday May 1st.
Who: All classes and UP Dance Co.
Where: Marion Senior High School Auditorium
What to Wear: Recital Costumes (will be ordered in January)

Class Dress Codes:
Ballet- Ballet leotard, tights, ballet slippers (ballet pink for recital; any color is fine for class)
Tap- Ballet leotard or athletic clothes, tights or socks, black tap shoes.
Jazz-Leotard or athletic clothes, tights optional, tan jazz slippers.
Hair should be in a ballet bun or pulled back and out of the face.
*Remember to bring a water bottle each week.
Stelle brand on Amazon is good choice for kid's dance shoes.
Classes Begin the week of August 24th. Your child's class will meet each week at the same time. Each class is named by color (exception-Little Leapers). Remember your child's class color, because it will be used to reference each class throughout the season.
Tuition begins Sept 1st. AutoPay is preferred or cash/ check at class with the child's full name on the envelope.
